Gourmet Aussie Barbeque
Learn how to prepare a selection of exciting but effortless dishes to cook on the BBQ. No previous barbequing experience is necessary, as barbeque guru Paul Rast (as seen on SBS Food Safari) will walk you through the basics. You’ll then dine alfresco in a beautiful Australian bush setting, enjoying the meal you’ve helped create with matching wines. A great class for overseas visitors or those wanting some new ideas for the grill.

Seafood Barbeque

Indonesian "Rijsttafel"
If you have holidayed in Bali, you'll know how mouth-wateringly delicious Indonesian cuisine is. At this class you will learn to create a "Rijsttafel" (Rice Table) - a banquet of authentic Indonesian dishes. Joining this class will be Dutch-Indonesian Paul Rast, who will be sharing his Mother's and Grandmother's closely guarded recipes.
