What makes these classes different from other cooking classes?
Our classes are more than just a cooking lesson: in additional to preparing a selection of sumptous dishes you will increase your kitchen skills and culinary knowledge as well as enjoy a full sit-down meal with wine tastings, in a relaxed and fun environment at beautiful Noosa on Queensland's Sunshine Coast.
As well as gaining valuable kitchen and cooking skills, the class will also cover topics such as menu planning, food and wine pairing, sourcing ingredients, food presentation and home entertaining tips and essentials.
Additionally, unlike some other cooking classes which are merely
a cooking demonstration, our classes are hands-on, meaning you
are in the kitchen preparing and cooking the dishes being created.

Where are classes held?
Our cooking school is located at Noosaville on Queensland's Sunshine Coast, and is surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens backing onto Noosa National Park. We are just minutes from Hastings Street, less
than a 30 minute drive from Sunshine Coast Airport at Maroochydore and an easy day-trip from Brisbane.
The kitchen used is a domestic kitchen, rather than a professional
kitchen, as we want our participants to feel confident to replicate
the meal in their own kitchens. Private classes can also be held
at the venue of your choice (Sunshine Coast only).
